Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.

  Securely pack the Geeni device in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
